Ensuring organization’s sustainability is the forth sub-program of PARC and the success of PARC in achieving is essential for serving our target groups.
To achieve this goal, the following area will be addressed:

4.1 Human, Physical Assets and financial System in PARC Developed

To achieve this result, the following areas will be addressed:

• Developing of the operational manual (Policies and Procedures) that control the life cycle of PARC


• Holding workshops for PARC’s employee to promote of the 3 year plan and annual action plan.


• Training courses aiming to building of PARC employees on technical and managerial fields


• Integrating of the management information system to cover technical, human and financial departments


• Improving of PARC visibility through; reports, news letter, activating of PARC’s web site


• Logistic support for the head offices and branches.


• Maintaining of PARC’s premises including security system.


• Connecting PARC’s head offices and branches with video conference system.


• Connecting the financial department with banks on line

4.2 Improving PARC’s capacity to fundraise on long term and program level

To achieve this result, the following areas will be addressed:

• Promoting PARC 3 years plan on program base


• Training of PARC’s staff in proposal and report writing


• Updating of the financial system


• Improving PARC’s image in media

4.3 Motivating of PARC’s competent authorities role.

To achieve this result, the following areas will be addressed:

• Conducting of regular meetings with competent authorities


• Activating of the specialized committee established within the Boards of Directors


• Connecting the Board of Directors to the Management Information system.
