The PARC management information system (PMIS) was developed by Hulul upon the request of PARC with the goal of improving the institutional capacities of PARC by improving the staff capacities for running the different projects and programs managed by PARC.

In order to improve the management capacities and maintaining its competitive ability for the limited financial resources available for NGO, PARC decided to install and run PMIS that able to upgrade the different management levels;
First: The system able to provide different donors with all reports (technical and financial) which is reflecting the relevance of the proposed interventions, high transparency and commitment, efficiency and effectiveness during implementation and the impact of PARC program.
Second: The system able to give a close view for the members of the Board of Directors (BOD) to follow-up and monitoring their policies, long term and short term strategic plan, fundraising and donors, generating of different reports. (Decision Makers)
Third: For Executive Directors (ED) they can daily tracking (follow-up, monitoring and reporting) of their programs, taking of corrective actions for risk mitigation and monitoring their annual action plan.
Fourth: Coordinators have the ability to follow-up of the different activities of the project at different locations.
Fifth: Unit manager have the ability to track the progress of different tasks and subtasks.
Sixth: Supervisor have the ability to follow up end beneficiaries and all related issues.
Seventh: Direct and indirect beneficiaries through different report; progress, semi annual.
