The Greek Committee for International
Democratic Solidarity (EEDDA) in Cooperation with Agricultural
Development Association (PARC) are operating a Water Emergency
Project funded by the European Commission’s Humanitarian Aid
department. The project is Aiming to improve water availability
and access to food (basic needs), for vulnerable families
through activities such as Construction of 140 rainwater
harvesting cisterns, installation of 140 home garden irrigation
networks and conduction of training Courses on water hygiene and
water born diseases and maintenance.
The operation targets directly 210 rural
families and a total of 1470 persons in four villages.
Locations:
Kufr Al Deek in Salfeet district and
Osarin, Qusra, Duma and Qaryut in Nablus
district.
